Any GOOD co-op games???????

I have a friend who isn't too much into next-gen. they enjoy PS2 and Gamecube so I was just wondering if there were any good games out there that aren't too complicated?we enjoyed Timesplitters 2 and FP together. we also took turns playing Hitman and Mortal Kombat Deceptions (konquest).are there any cool games for Cube or PS2 around that are fun? any genre is good. Any GOOD co-op games???????

Resident Evil Remake for Gamecube.Not a co-op but you can switch from time to time among yourselves like you did with Hitman and it's a good game.
Conflict: Desert storm 1-2/Vietnam, Star Wars battlefront 2, Any Dynasty/Samurai Warrior games but i highly recommend SW2:Empires so you can make your own characters and fight over turf(sadly no versus mode like in star wars), Champions Return to Arms, ......maybe look into getting Nintendo DS's(you dont have to connect with wires anymore) =).
Obscure! I was a little leery about the game at first, but since we both love horror and survival horror games this was a must play.. it's on the shorter side but it is a good game! I'm not sure of the price now but im sure you could find it cheap somewhere!
