I want to play part 2 without playing part 1...so, does the 2nd part have anything to do with the first part storywise?xenosaga Q!
Yes, it does. XS2 picks up directly after the end of the XS1. You're going to be confused on what's happening and why. Also, among players XS2 is the weakest game in the series. xenosaga Q!
you might be a little confused and i wouldn't do it personally unless you don't care about the storyline.
I think the first and third were the best, the second was just meh. it was a part of the story line and that was the only reason i kept playing it.
2nd Episode is the weakest of the series.... If you like a complicated battle engine, it has that, but the story is very weak compared to the first and last episodes and the VA of Shion and Kos-mos in the first and last are better, too. Not that Kos-mos has very many lines in Ep 2.but given your question.... I'd guess that you're in a Pal region. In which case.... Ep2 is all you've gotten. There is a text based review in Ep2 that gives a report of what took place in Ep1; at the spaceport... but you're going to hate the, to be continued, ending....
